It's in the weirdest place... Doesn't look like a restaurant and that might fool someone from giving it a chance. Food was delicious and fast, service was friendly and efficient. We had a family of six and everyone had a delicious meal. We liked it so much we went back a second time less than a week later. Still delightful. Give it a try.
It seemed It missed my review, well here it is: El Agave exceeded all expectations! The food was absolutely excellent, with a wide variety of choices to suit every taste. The service was top-notch—fast, efficient, and incredibly friendly. One thing that truly impressed me was how they handled spice levels. Many restaurants tend to tone down the heat, especially for guests not accustomed to bold flavors. But at El Agave, when I requested spicy food, they went above and beyond. When I said, "hot like the summer in South Texas," they delivered exactly that—perfectly balanced heat with an abundance of flavor. From the very first bite, it packed a holy "wow" factor, making the meal unforgettable. Everything about this restaurant is praiseworthy, from the authentic flavors to the reasonable prices. If you’re looking for an outstanding dining experience, El Agave is the place to go. Highly recommended!
Put out a larger sign so people traveling through know you're there. El Agave was busy when we stopped at 6pm on a Saturday and we still enjoyed excellent food and service. We will definitely go again.
